Shipping & returns

Delivery has two parts: we print and pack your order, then the courier brings it to you.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting Philippine holidays. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on their product page.

Standard delivery is ₱120 per order. Retail orders over ₱2,500 ship free. You’ll always see the final fee before you pay.

Digital-only orders have no shipping fee.

Retail orders ship with J&T Express and Lalamove. Once your parcel leaves the studio, we email you a tracking number and link.

You can also follow every order under My Orders.

Digital planners and templates are emailed to you right after payment, and saved to My Library in your account so you can download them again anytime.

Physical items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they’re unused and in their original packaging.

Digital items can’t be returned once downloaded. Personalised and custom-printed items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or wrong.

To start a return, email support@ohyvi.com with your order number and the items you’d like to send back. We’ll reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item was damaged or wrong.

If something arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, message us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Once we receive and check a returned item, we refund it to your original payment method (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, card or QR Ph). We’ll email you when it’s on its way.

Shipping fees aren’t refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Wholesale and bulk orders ship with LBC. Free delivery doesn’t apply; shipping is quoted with your order. About wholesale
