From the moment you check out to the day it reaches your door, here’s what happens to your order.
Once your payment goes through, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. Your order then joins the print queue, which we work through in the order it was received.
After your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation email. Your journal will then enter our meticulous printing process, where we utilize high-quality, eco-friendly inks and premium paper to ensure vibrant colors and durability. Each order is printed in the sequence it was received, guaranteeing that your unique design is crafted with care and precision, resulting in a product that stands the test of time.

Before anything is packed, we check it for misprints and damage. If something isn’t right, we reprint it instead of sending it out.
We hand your parcel to the courier and email you a tracking link. You can also see it any time under My Orders.
